Happy New Year!!! Yes I am enough!

Years of neglect and poor self esteem has lead me to gain over a 150 lbs. since I graduated from high school. University has come and gone and now....I now am building myself in a career that I love...and I'm tired of making excuses.

In fact I have RAN out of excuses!!!

I have a serial on and off user of Sparkpeople for years no fault of this wonderful community...just letting all my negative self talk and doubt get to me.

2014 is my year to be ON!!!!! ...

This is a journey that I am doing for me now, not all the other voices in my life. I want to be able to look forward to achieving my goals while looking back on the past and drawing strength from my experiences not my critics or 'observers'.

I deserve this for me!

My Goals:
1.
I want to lose 80 lbs. (36.3 kg)

2.
I am going to finish my certification course by the end of 2013.

3.
I used to be able to swim 24 laps in under 15 min. I am going to work towards be able to do that again.

My Program:
Trying to track everything I eat and drink on SP nutrition tracker.

Set fitness goals on SP. I track my workouts on the SP fitness trackers. Three days min. of cardio. Two days min. of strength training.
