2015 is upon us! Happy New Year!

2014 has come and gone in a blink of an eye! (Fine, fine I'll admit some moments felt like an eternity...).

I'm nearing the end of my 'early 30s' and am an avid reader, TV junkie and when the mood sets a movie junkie as well.

Reflecting on how 2014 passed I am surprised to feel...content. I am pleased with progress I have started to make with my career. To feel happy no longer seems impossible or wishful but is a feeling that is part of my daily life.

Regrets are a waste. I now feel ready and capable to focus on my health and bettering it overall, not just focusing on the physical but as well a state of better mental health.

My Program:
Make regular use of the trackers through SP including the SP mobile app. **Track my food intake**

Set fitness goals on SP. I track my workouts on the SP fitness trackers. Three days min. of cardio. Two days min. of strength training.

Not a good day for me at all. :( Went out .. and ended up in a food court... and next thing I knew... I had not counted a single calorie :( Feeling horrible... guilty.. etc :( Husband probably thought I had just simply given up .. the way I was attacking everything. :( Not a good day! :(
