My Goals:
I want to lose 63 pounds by spring 2013.
Met my first goal of 20 lbs on 10/26! In fact, it was actually 21 lbs lost.
Next goal is another 20 lbs lost by 1/25/13 - my birthday.

My Program:
I am using the food tracker which is a hugely useful tool for me and doing yoga at least 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Thank you for all the good ideas. I got lots of good ones on that blog. By the way, eating on the low end or lower was due to very off-schedule days with meals or lack thereof at odd times.

Grr. I am not having any luck at all with cookbook. I got over 28,000 member cookbooks in sort of alpabetical order; NOT helpful. Have tried looking up your individual recipes under Recipes on food tracker as well as on Recipes page. Suggestions? emoticon
