Keeping Up The Freshman Zero

I've just finished my first year of college, and I managed not to gain any net weight (I gained some over winter vacation but then got my act back together). Now that summer has hit, I'm already seeing myself slacking a bit, so I'm ready to get back on track and actually lose a little more weight. My overall goal is to be 140, but I'm trying to work in small increments- 1 lb per week.
