Thanks for your comment on my photo blog! As for the running, trust me, that's the least of it. If you ask around, you'll find almost everyone will tell you that it's damned difficult to lose a lot of weight when doing long distance endurance training. Both my wife and I deliberately slowed down weight loss because we were so hungry all the time, and in fact my wife put on some weight (a lot of it muscle).
