Currently expecting another little one to make an appearance this fall (2014), so watching the scale go the other way, just trying to keep it SLOW. Wanting to concentrate more on how HEALTHY our foods and habits are for the next 6-7 months, so things will be easier this fall & winter.

In 2012, I went from a personal, non-pregnancy high of 232 and lost consistently with SparkPeople, down to a low of 195 over 7 months (6 January to 2 August). Due to some personal circumstances, I temporarily lost my spark. Getting back on track has been a struggle, but I'm still trying.

I had a baby on Oct. 17, 2010 and gained 38lbs throughout my pregnancy. When he was 6 weeks old, I was all the way down to 211lbs (11lbs UNDER my pre-pregnancy weight!) and continued to lose until he was 4 months old - a low of 206lbs. Then, as I continued to breastfeed, my weight began to creep back up. I started 2012 sitting at 232lbs, 10lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight. It is time for this to end. I have an active toddler that needs an active mommy!

Thank you for your comment on my blog. I told my roommate about your weight loss success. I can only hope it sparked something in her!

HAHA I will have to snap some pictures of her all stealth like. Thank you I am feeling really good about having decided to come back to spark. I'm seeing numbers I haven't seen in 10 years or so on clothes on the scale it's all super exciting.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I was a little confused at first on your comment but then I remembered MS. I guess it was so traumatic I blocked most of it from my brain. Sadly, I was always in the Pencil Holding club up top. Awesome in my "Catch & Release" dating days. Now, not so awesome.

Thanks for the blog comment it's been a week and I think everyone is finally shaking this from their systems. It's so difficult to just let go and sleep when you need to and lounge around with the baby even though you know you need the rest. I really hope we've seen the end of this nastiness! Hope you're having a good week.
