I had a baby on Oct. 17, 2010 and gained 38lbs throughout my pregnancy. When he was 6 weeks old, I was all the way down to 211lbs (11lbs UNDER my pre-pregnancy weight!) and continued to lose until he was 4 months old - a low of 206lbs. Then, as I continued to breastfeed, my weight began to creep back up. I started 2012 sitting at 232lbs, 10lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight. It is time for this to end. Then, as I continued to breastfeed, my weight began to creep back up. I started 2012 sitting at 232lbs, 10lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight. It is time for this to end. I have an active toddler that needs an active mommy! In 2012, I went from a personal, non-pregnancy high of 232 and lost consistently with SparkPeople, down to a low of 195 over 7 months (6 January to 2 August). Due to some personal circumstances, I temporarily lost my spark. I'm just now getting back on track. My current large goal is to hit 160lbs by my 30th birthday. I have until March 2014, and 60lbs to go.

Personal Information:
I enjoy reading fantasy and science-fiction, playing with animals and old video games.
Other Information:
Non-Scale Goals: Raw/Minimally processed vegetables, organic when feasible cost-wise Raw/Minimally processed fruits, organic when feasible cost-wise Grilled/Roasted meats - probably not organic, due to cost Raw, organic dairy (except for butter right now) avoid soy, GMO, and artificial ingredients as much as possible Thinking somewhere between the Real Food Diet and Paleo, except keeping milk. But I buy raw milk & cheeses, and want to try my hand at making homemade yogurt, butter, and maybe someday cheese. I think that is an acceptable modification.
