I joined SP in January 2011. I have not reached my goal... yet. But I have not given up either. During my first 5-6 months on SP, I felt like the weight was just falling off of me. Then I hit the dreaded plateau. Still, this is the longest I have stuck with a nutritional/fitness plan. I am reevaluating my diet and exercise and kicking things up a notch to hopefully get back to losing. Never surrender!!!

My Program:
With support and motivation from my husband, family, and friends, I am eating healthier and working out 5-6 times a week in ways that are fun. For me, that's key... making exercise enjoyable.
