Step Up
Everyone has that moment when the lightbulb goes off. Mine happened when I busted through my fat pants. They were the last pair of jeans I could button without having to hold my breath. When it happened I wanted to throw up. Instead I decided to step up. All I need is healthy eating, exercise and the support of my friends. Luckily that's all I have.

I'm from a small town in Northern IL. I grew up in a fat family and was taught at an early age that food would make me feel better, thus I am an emotional eater.
