Much too Young to be this Damn Big!!

Hi there! I'm Amber - a twenty-something female living in Santa Clara, CA. I work full-time and go to school full time, studying for my AA/AS in Social Science.

I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) in the beginning of January 2008. Since then I've gained even more weight and my PCOS has gotten really out of control. Hence why I'm here.

1. To learn portion control
2. Stop eating emotionally
3. Get out and be more active
4. Go to the gym at least 5 times a week and give my workouts all I've got.
5. Substitute the more fatening foods with healthier choices
6. Be more positive
7. Be the best person I can be for myself and my loved ones


My Program:
Right now I'm teaching myself to watch what I eat and stop going to the drive-throughs when I think I need a 'snack' or think I should eat simply because I'm craving french fries. I'm drinking more water, eating cleaner and telling myself all along that I CAN do it.
