Abs: side planks, obliques on roman chair, hanging leg raises, decline crunches
45-60 mins of cardio (HIIT)

Wed
Chest Press & Tricep pull downs
Shoulder Press, lat. raise & front raise
Reverse Flye & Flye
Bicep Curls & tricep press
60 mins of stairmaster(intervals)

Thurs
Abs: side planks, obliques on roman chair, hanging leg raises, decline crunches
45-60 mins of active rest Cardio (light-moderate intensity)

Fri
Dead Lifts & leg ext.
hammer curls & tricep kickbacks
step ups on bench w/ db (alt. arm to leg) & cable rows
Ballet squats w/ db & Assisted Pull ups

haha! thanks for that green tea. I tried it a couple times in the past. Maybe I should give it a go again:) Got a brand you recommend for me? I haven't been to Starbucks in a while. I am finding out that a lot of my bad eating habits are just that - habits. And if I change up my routine then I can stop them and put better ones in their place!
