Amber's 'LOSING' it!
At the age 30 and only 5' ft., my max weight was recently 178 lbs. I relized this is the heaviest I've ever been and I refuse to put on one more pound! I mean seriously, I love Ms. Piggy, but, I don't want to look like her. This weight has got to GO! I also have two daughters ages 10 & 5, who are currently overweight. I mean seriously, I love Ms. Piggy, but, I don't want to look like her. This weight has got to GO! I also have two daughters ages 10 & 5, who are currently overweight. So, this journey not only effects me, but them as well. All my life, I have struggled with weight management. The funny thing is, I wasn't really 'obese' (GOD I hate that word.) person until after my second child was born. Or, at least "I" didn't think so. Before the Holdiays came around in 2011, my clothes were becoming snug and uncomfortable. Next thing I knew, I was buying myself a size 16 pant and XL shirts. The scale was even more disappointing. This is not me, but it is! Time to change ~ so here goes!
