One more rep, one more step! Don't stop because in the end I will look and feel great!

I have curves, thighs, a butt, and I just want to lose weight and tone them. I want to feel better about my body.
I know my formula for success: Diet+ Running+ Weight Work+ Ab Workouts= SEXY AMBER ROSE :)
For most people working out is not enjoyable, but for me, I LOVE IT! I could care less if I am red, stinky, and sweaty! When I run I feel free, strong, and I release all of my stress from the day!

My new relationship is with a pair of hot pink Nike running shoes! And let me tell you! I am madly in LOVE!!!!!!!!!!! Best relationship I have ever had and they never leave me!
So its time to shred away the pounds!!!!!!!! In the end I will feel and look sexy! I have till December 31st to lose 21 pounds. I am starting my total detox and transformation on July 1st.

My Goals:
My mind is clear, focused, and my goal is right in front of me. I finally got into the state of mind where I don’t crave unhealthy food. I see my success creeping closer and closer to me each day! Last year I was 164 pounds (my heaviest) I then woke up one day and told my mother that I am done... I don’t want to look in the mirror and feel horrible and fat! IM DONE LIVING MY LIFE LIKE THIS!
So then my parents bought me the Jillian Michaels Workout Body Revolution DVDs and I lost about 10 pounds. But I realized that it was taking too long. So I bought new running shoes and began to run until I couldn't breathe anymore! That is my secret!
Ever since I started running I have lost 5 pounds in 8 days!!! I eat the same meal everyday and I don’t mind eating the same thing all the time! If I’m losing weight then obviously I’m eating properly!!! My food list will be posted in the paragraph below!

My Program:
Diary started hurting my stomach this past year and once i took it out of my diet, i was not bloated anymore :D

Orange Zest Smoothie
1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt (I dont add this)
Zest of one whole orange
1 whole seedless orange, quartered (including the flesh, sections and pith)
1/2 banana sliced
1 Italian plum, pitted (or regular plum)
Juice of whole lemon
3 large Swiss chard leaves, deribbed (I dont add this)
Blend ingredients together and enjoy!

Kale Margarita
1 scoop protein powder (whey or soy)
2-3 cups destemm and chopped kale
2 cups peeled and cubed mango
1 1/2 cups prepared margarita mix (I dont add)
1/2 cup coconut water
1 cup ice
Blend ingredients together and enjoy!

Crispy Apple Smoothie.
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup water & 1 Apple
1 Orange & 1 Banana
1 Carrot/ Spinach 2

I was born in Ashland, Massachusetts and I have lived in South Florida for 15 years.

I love to read romance novels and my favorite author is Nicholas Sparks.

I play the flute and the piccolo in the Bronco Marching and Concert Band.

I love nature and going to the beach. I have a surfboard; I just need to lose the weight before I try to learn to surf again.

I am family oriented and I want to make them proud by losing the weight!

I love to run and exercise! I don’t care how sweaty I get! I feel so amazing after a long run and that is why we invented showers!!! ;)

I am a total marshmallow when it comes to romance and relationships, but I can be the toughest girl you can meet if you lie to me… so I am waiting for college to find a guy to treat me right, and I will look hot by then!!! :D

3)Lose 10 pounds for College Orientation (May 30th & 31st)

4)Start doing a little more weight work and continue running. MORE MUSCLE and LESS FAT!!!

5)Weigh 125 pounds or less when I step onto the Allure of the Seas!!! Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship :D

6)Weigh 125 pounds when I go to college!
