Happiest I Have Ever Been
My name is Amber, and I am 28 years old, with three kids and a wonderful supportive fiance. I decided to start fresh today with the Sparkpage because the journey I was walking has changed, and so have I. Chain and ball have come undone, and I'm only worrying about being healthy. Everything else, all the perks that come with, will be the rewards :)

My Goals:
My goals and commitments to myself are to embrace the small steps and successes in life and realize that weightloss is the reward and being healthy is the goal. I have strived all my life to "lose the weight" but never to lifetime health. So here I am one step at a time changing the bad habits I have developed into adulthood.
My Program:
No longer am I relying on fad diets and "promises" in a bottle. I exercise 4 days a week, typically a aerobic activity DVD mixing weights and cardio. I have limited time, three kids under the age of 7 so getting these wrapped into one are great for me!
I am not forbidding foods as I was before, just realizing calories are important, the fats I take in are important, and balancing carbs and fruits and veggies. I typically eat 1300-1600 calories a day.
