Losing for Me
Name's Amber. I'm now a senior at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. I tried doing this last year but it kind of fell through so now I want to give it another go. I'm more serious this time around and because it's summer, I have more time to dedicate to my endeavor. I even started the nutri-system program and seen immediate results. My Goals for 10' 1. My Program:
My Program: I've invested in the Nutrisystem program. My exercising regiment will consist of going to the gym 4 days a week and on the weekends, doing Core Rhythms, a latin dance exercise program that is a lot of fun. I also have a strength and yoga regiment I do 4 times a week.
