Hola people! I am a 31 year old woman from the beautiful state of Minnesota. I am completely reinventing myself. I have gone back to school (have 2 years left to my degree) and am now going to work on my physical self. I am bound and determined to make this work and to shed the fat former me -allowing the woman I have always wanted to be to emerge and shine.

Weigh-ins:
7/1/12: 404 lbs (Holy hell -what did I do to myself?!?!?!?!)
8/20/12: 384 lbs (-20)
11/19/12: 380 lbs (-24)
11/26/12: 378.2 (-25.6lbs)

NOVEMBER TOTAL: 25.6 lbs GONE FROM MY BODY!

12/31/12: 386.4

DECEMBER TOTAL: Gained 8.2 lbs


JANUARY TOTAL:
(Didn't include weigh ins before this...)
1/16/13 -371.6 (total 32.4 lbs gone!)
1/18/13 -370.0(total 34 lbs gone!)
1/20/13 -368.4 (total of 36.6 lbs gone -but I'm rounding to 32!)
January total - 18 pounds total lost during January.

FEBRUARY TOTAL:
2/2/13 -370.0 (gain of 1.6 lbs :( total of 34 pounds even still gone)
2/24/13 -367.6 (loss of 2.4 lbs -good by plateau! 36.7 lbs gone!)

My Goals:
1. To gain a grip on my eating.

2. To become a healthy bombshell.

3. To achieve a healthy weight to try another round of fertility treatment.

4. To remelt my hubby's heart.

5. To proudly walk into the dr.'s office and step on the scale, rather than begrudgingly stepping onto it.

6. To be a role model for my family.

7. To rock a hot outfit of my choosing.

8. To no longer be consumed every minute with thoughts of food.

9. To develop healthy habits that will prolong my life.

10. To finally do something wholly and completely about and for myself.


My Program:
I am going to eat more cleanly and follow the low glycemic principals. I have had success with this and want to ad that to my regimen.

I am going to go for a walk every day.

I am going to eliminate fast food, candy, cakes, cookies and sweets from my diet.

    Thanks for stopping by my blog....would love to talk "vegan" and share some recipes. I have a number of cookbooks that are really good - unfortunately I'm at work so don't have any of them with me but will pass along soon. Glad to hear it's going well for you - I found it did wonders for my blood sugar and cholesteral within 3 months. Feel free to connect via email!
