My name is Amberly,
I live in Anchorage, Alaska since I was 5 years old... Im from California. I'm going to be making some changes on here... Last May 2013 I left my husband of 12 years.. Which put a lot of stress me... I lost a good 30-40 lbs but I think it's starting to creep back on me... Gotta get this started super soon!!!

I will cook healthy low-fat meals, and eat better and walk every single day(in the summer)


Start going to YMCA! Planning on at least 5 days a week for 1 hour a day!!

Personal Information:
I am a CSM at Walmart, and I do NOTHING but walk around... I will be starting to bring my ipos nano pedometer and im going to start tracking my steps daily!!! :)

Other Information:
I Love to travel, go on road trips, hangout with my family, I love photography, I need help with motivation,I love pink.

hey there! i see you have quite a time of in-activity! i was off a few months myself. but i am back. not doing a pound goal for my first goal. thats too disapointing sometimes. so instead i have a goal date and i am simply going to see where i can be by that date with trying to eat right everyday and get in excerising when i can. rather than the slump i was on NOT doing anything to watch my nutrition and gaining weight back.
yup. its a process for sure. i am excited to see where i'll be by june 6th/5th.
what about you? do you wanna join me? and see where you could be by then? as opposed to if you werent? maybe you are in the midst of doing awesome and i hope so! i was just wondering if you wanna join me in being accountable and see how we are doing along the way?? hope you are well! check in with me soon! would love to hear from you!

You can do it! We should go for a walk everyday no matter what. rain or shine. That is my plan and im gonna stick to it. I hate being this big.
