Amber Louise Edwards-Blogging Momma needs to get in shape!

I'm a Stay at home mom of 3 kids; book-a-holic who loves to Craft! I'm also a blogger at http://www.jadelouisedesigns, a PR and Family Friendly Hodge Podge blog. Because of this "sit down" work I'm always doing I've lost my activity and health. I need to get up and MOVE!

My goal is to be more active, eat healthier and get back to a healthy weight level, so I can have more energy and health to play with my family!

Welcome to our great Idaho team. I am from Caldwell. SP is such a great place to stay motivated and get excited about being more healthy. If you log in everyday and use the trackers...you will be much more successful. Can't wait to see/hear of your progress!

Hi Amber, I also live in SE Idaho and am familiar with Rexburg. This site has some low intensity work outs. Have you tried the 10 minute challenge? There are exercises you can do without training equipment and are low intensity and still workout even at 10 min. at a time. The school over there has good exercise programs. If you can afford to go to the pool I heard there is an indoor pool in the downtown area. You could check out water aerobics which would be easy on the joints. (My dad was diagnosed with RA in his early 30's). You might be able to share childcare with other stay at home moms in your area so you can get out and walk even if it's at Walmart. emoticon
