It's so cute your intro calls everyone "Sparkies". I'm always calling everybody "Sparklers". :P I came to your page because I searched "whole foods". I was looking for any clues into what the heck to EAT. I need to plan and stuff because unless I know how to prepare it, it won't do me any good in my fridge and will just go bad. I eat HORRIBLY. Have you kept it up a while? Where are you getting your meal ideas from?
