Here is some encouragement for you, as well as a few good affirmations you may want to try:

*Hold On To Your Health*
Your health may not be recoverable if you lose it. Walk, stretch, sleep peacefully, eat a healthy diet, invest in needed foods, medications and treatments to every extent that you can. Sacrifice other things, but don't let your health be one of them. Keep the faith.

"I can accomplish anything I put my mind to because I know that I am never alone."

"I only think about what I can do NOW. By thinking small, I can accomplish great things."

Hi! Thank you so much for your kind words on my page. I am definately glad I finally found a job... it was such a relief and a lot of weight off my shoulders. Too bad it wasn't weight off my stomach lol!

I have been more of a lurker on here, and I don't talk to people as much as I should, mostly because I was depressed and in a funk. Things are turning around though, and I know there are so many awesome things to take advantage of through Spark, and a lot of awesome people such as yourself :)!

I hope all is going well for you!! Keep in touch :) TTYL!!

You should read Kevin Trudeau's book "THE WEIGHT LOSS CURE" about a Candidae Yeast Cleanse, as that is probably why you are having such SUGAR cravings. Until you get your yeast under control, you will have them.
The more sugar you eat the more yeast you have and it is a viscous cycle.

Hi there! Yeah. Sugar is the DEVIL! I read that once and try to remember that when i get a sugar attack! I'm not perfect and figure never will be with this weakness! I KNOW that sugar is what put me in this overweight body! Anyway...also Diet Coke... I thought it was okay because it was "sugar free" but not really a good thing because the "artificial sweetner" was creating more sugar cravings for me! So I have been doing good about drinking water and I've noticed a difference! Other than that...I'm just more aware than ever of the sugar i put in my mouth (and yes i still do) but not as much because i think about what its doing inside my body! It's really a daily struggle because I am a huge FAN of CANDY! But I am trying! emoticon
