She was talking about writing, but in my opinion it sums up other aspects like eating right and exercise. If I wait to feel inspired to lose weight, to eat right, exercise, plan and be accountable- then I may not always get the right conditions... but if I persist in doing these things regardless of my mood, I will make them habit.

Thanks for the compliments - I LOVE taking pictures & I'm lucky when there are beautiful places to photograph! yes, I definitely made some poor food choices while away, but did some good ones too! Today I'm back to no sugar and very low carbs. Time to get the body cleansed again! You guys are doing great & I'm going to as well! Here's to loving our bodies and eating healthy :)
