She was talking about writing, but in my opinion it sums up other aspects like eating right and exercise. If I wait to feel inspired to lose weight, to eat right, exercise, plan and be accountable- then I may not always get the right conditions... but if I persist in doing these things regardless of my mood, I will make them habit.

'm glad you wrote about the L-glutamine... I actually have some that I bought when I first read Atkins book - he also recommends it for cravings ~ I just never used it! So, I'm going to start :)

I really did okay before I ever cheated - the cravings were pretty much non exsistent... however, now that I've let sugar come back into the picture - it's a bad thing!!! Time to go cold turkey again :)

Thank you for the goodie and the very kind words... that put a smile on my face! I'm enjoying the start of a 3 day weekend - cleaning and working outside. Ed's going to be grilling a lot this weekend and we're hoping to get out kayaking on Monday. Looking forward to that. Haven't been in one in years b/c I was always afraid I was too heavy.

I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Is it getting colder there yet? I believe you said your winter was starting? What are your winters like there?

We're finally getting warm - my garden survived the hail storm (I think) and yesterday we got to see a gorgeous double rainbow! I haven't seen a double since I visited Hawaii! The one was so incredibly vibrant -just
amazing! Anyway, have a beautiful day!
