She was talking about writing, but in my opinion it sums up other aspects like eating right and exercise. If I wait to feel inspired to lose weight, to eat right, exercise, plan and be accountable- then I may not always get the right conditions... but if I persist in doing these things regardless of my mood, I will make them habit.

Thanks so much for the encouragement & support on my blog. You always say just the right things! And yes, I am proud that my binge stopped on that day and didn't turn into a long thing as it would have in the past. I've worked too hard to get the first 50 pounds off... don't want to allow them to creep back on!

Your background picture is gorgeous - is that near you?

Any fun plans for the weekend? I'll be grocery shopping, doing laundry and cleaning the house - but at least I'm not at work! Nice to be able to chill when ever I want to! Have a great day! (and drink that water!!!)
