I am mother of 3 wonderful boys. My middle son is Autistic and I am dealing with my weight issue ever since his diagnose. I am mother of 3 wonderful boys. My middle son is Autistic and I am dealing with my weight issue ever since his diagnose. I had just let myself go and been focused on working with him but now think I am ready to move this weight loss goal up a little bit on my to-do list. Last time I was in size 10, it was in 2006 right before my youngest son's pregnancy and just before my son6's Autism Diagnose. I have always been emotional eater and the emotional roller coaster I have been since 2006 till now, I ended up packing 57 lbs. I started this weight loss journey on my own in Aug 2009 and lost about 17 lbs and was out of 200 digit but just briefly but after I stopped DIETING, I gained everything back s decided to stop dieting and strat working on changing my life and found sparkpeople on Aug 26. I have got a feeling this would be it and by expressing myself through blog and with alll the wonderful people this time, may be this time I will get back to at least size 10. I am not planning to get back to my pre-marriage size 6 but for now anything out of Plus sizes looks wonderful to me.

Goal 1: 210 lbs : Sept 24th. Done

My Goals:
My first goal is to stay motivated and lose about 2 lbs every single week. Wish me luck.

My Program:
I am trying to calculate calories of everything I am putting in my mouth with the help of SP Nutrition calculator.

40 minutes aerobic exercise everyday.

Trying to stay under 1200 calorie range every day.


Other Information:
A mother of three boys attempting to get rid of this excess weight.

I hope you have been diligent in working on your Walking/Leslie Sansone Team Challenge this week! The emoticon has passed by quickly! If you haven't already done so, please stop by the emoticon team huddle in the Exercise and Challenge forum! We'd love to hear from you!!

I just posted my healthy recipe and noticed there were so many wonderful selections. I'm anxious to try a few! Keep adding up those cardio minutes!

Turn it up this Tuesday!!! Let's step it up and keep walking on these beautiful autumn days!!!! Get outside and enjoy the crunch of the leaves under your feet while you absorb a little Vitamin D thanks to the emoticon !
