Fit to be tied
My name is Amber and I'm a 21 y/o freshmen in college. After coming home from Iraq, I let myself get too overwhelmed by all the food back here in the states. I tried on my wedding dress last week( okay, January, now), and nearly cried.
Even though my fiance loves me just the way I am (cliche, i know), I really want to take his breath away when I walk down the aisle.
30lbs would be great, 40lbs would be better, I just want to get back down to where I was in highschool ...

My Program:
We recently got a treadmill from my FI's grandparents, so I'm going to walk 30-45 minutes a day on that.
I'm also focusing on smaller portions, not eating past 7:30, and getting out to walk as much as possible.
Personal Information:
I live in above right now, but my fiance and I are moving to Carlisle this summer.I go to Shippensburg University and I'm a comm/journ major.
