Changing for good

My name is Amber, I am 30 and I have 3 kids. I have a 9 year old, a 2 1/2 year old and one that is only a few months. I have been really motivated so far and have lost quite a bit of weight since having my last child. I'm getting into uncharted territory now and feeling a little nervous. I haven't been this low in over a decade and wondering how much weight I will really lose. Hoping to lose about 40 more pounds so I can be in the 140's!

I would like to weigh 140lbs. I can't remember the last time I was 140!

My Program:
I am logging what I eat, trying to stay at 1200 calories a day and trying to eat more fruits and vegetables. I am also trying to get in some exercise each day.

Thanks for thinking of me.
I'm doing OK.
What's up with you? I saw your blog about your w/e binge. I've been there and done that, many times.Just start over one more time. That's all you can do.
I know you can push for the extra mile you need for the "BUBBLE RUN." It sounds like so much fun. Your son must be so excited. Maybe you could try for an extra 100 steps or more to add on to your mileage. That's where a pedometer would be good for you. I have mine on 24/7. When I look to see how many steps I take it makes me want to walk more than ever. I'm lucky if I hit 5,000. But there's always tomorrow.

You will absolutely love Zumba. You will certainly get a workout. Make sure you bring a towel and a bottle of water.
I did Zumba Gold for seniors and believe me it was a workout for this ol' gal!
I haven't done it for awhile because of my work schedule but I want to do it again.
I do love the Coach Nicole DVD. Again I haven't got into it as much as I would like per my work schedule. I need to set my priorities better and I will do that.
As for you, enjoy Zumba and I'm looking forward to hearing about you and your son and the race.
Keep up the good work, my friend. Don't let the b+++++d's get you down!

I'm doing quite well. Thank you for asking.
I'm on day #3 of being careful with what I eat. I goof up once in awhile but that's me. Lucky me won a DVD workout with Coach Nicole. It's easy to follow and it's fun.
Now for you, take good care of and be kind to yourself and your kids. That's what matters most. They could be your exercise buddies and you could have lots of laughs with them. They will always love you no matter what.
I'm wishing things go well for you and for your family.
