Hi -- I have 50+ years of bad habits to break. At meals, I eat well and my calories are right on. My problem is the handful of this and that. They really add up!

Like most, I am stretched for time bringing home lab reports to grade takes a HUGE block of time. My hope is that removing the crap from my diet will increase my bodies efficiency - increasing how much work I get done. Bottom line, I need to do it all and my type A personality is in a constant state of struggle! ha ha

You and I are both on the 50+ team. You live outside Frederick and I live in Columbia. That's practically neighbors.

My exercise pattern is very uneven. When I do it I'm better off. Naturally.

Ama- Love the pic w/your son- I posted chap 2 up today. Plus chap 1, part 2 is out too! ck them out I think you will find some good stuff in those blogs to help you, I know they are helping me, I have already lost 5 pds since writing those blogs.

I agree. The Healthy Eating Challenge was not for me either. I am a regular on Over 70. We can do it!!
