I would like to lose 24 pounds by October 1. I would like to get motivated to doing "other" things besides dieting and exercise also.
I am avidly using the sparkpeople tools. I am keeping to a 1200-1500 calorie a day diet. I have a trainer and I'm doing weights 3 days a week and cardio 4-6 days a week. The "other" stuff I'm struggling with.
