Initial goals: Get outdoors * Lose 40 pounds * Get in the cooking groove * Start dancing * Get all healthy & alive LONG-RANGE Learn to cook w the seasons Learn to work at home happily & productively (since I DO work at home) Be a dancer! SOMEDAY: Teach dance or exercise or movement or yoga
My Program:
regular meals & snacks, nothing inbetween 1200-1500 calories/day 4-5 big cardio workouts per week (Nia, Zumba, BodyStep, Couch to 5K) 165 lbs 2-12-2010 160 lbs 3-5-2010 155 lbs 6-16-2010 150 lbs 6-5-2011 REWARDS -When I'm under 160, buy a pretty silk slip or nightgown DONE! -When I reach 150 pounds, go on a spa/cooking vacation in Caddo Lake with my sweetie -When I reach goal weight: not sure yet - buy a Del Sol convertible?!!?

I'm Ann, from Houston and Memphis. I'm a writer and all-around fun & shy artsy type.
Other Information:
I really love to cook, and am still surprised by that because I didn't grow up cooking. It is one of the most grounding things I do. Thing is, I only cook for myself, so that gives me a lot of freedom (including freedom to slack off!). I even cook professionally a little, cooking for meditation and yoga retreats.
