I just added you as a Saprk friend. I live in Townsend and beginning next Monday, I am going to start my diet/exercise/healhy program. I have struggled with my weight all my life, but this last year, has been the worst. I just can't get motivated to stick with anything longer than a few days. I need all the support I can get. Maybe we can be motivation buddies. I'm hoping with logging in to Spark on a daily basis and reading about other peoples successes that it will keep me motivated to stay on program this time, once and for all.

    Hey,
I'm just a stranger who felt compelled to send you a Sparkgoodie because credit should be given where credit is due.
I refer to "You know you're fat when..." which is the BEST... THREAD... EVER!
I felt a bit depressed the other day so I re-read the postings and within minutes it was LOL city. So I bumped it yesterday so that other SP members can enjoy it too. No-one should miss out on a laugh that good.

Welcome to spark! Saw your page on the Montana team. You are in the right place. I started at 200 lbs and am at 178 now. I've been working at it over a year - slow and steady wins the race. I struggle, I fall and I feel overwhelmed at times but I get back up, dust myself off and start back on my journey!

Let us know what we can do to help you on your journey too!
