I've join a gym. Will be going to the gym 6x a week.
I will add more veggies and fruits to my diet, and will also add more fiber to my diet.
Drink atleast 8 cups of water.

Good to hear you had a good week. My cousin is a Cardiac Ped Sonographer and she really enjoys it. It sounds like you made a great career choice!

I used to walk on the treadmill and study at the same time. It gave me extra motivation to go to the gym.
