Come on Ashley! Let's do this thing. I make use of little bursts of exercise. I'll do a short Spark video each day. I love know it will only take 9 min or 7 min. I have several little challenges like that. I trick myself into getting more exercise that way. Thinking a 45 min work out just doesn't work for me! What is your plan???? 1658 days ago
