Hello,

I am determined to lose about 40 pounds. I want to concentrate mostly on what I am eating at first because I really need a boost in my moral. I used to be a moderately active person and I would like to become active again. After I lose about 5 - 10 pounds I plan to kick in the fitness and body weight strength training. I would love to be able to do some honest pushups off the floor.

I am really good at starting things well, but not having the staying power to finish the goal. Hopefully I can finish both my goals of a healthier and toned body and being able to read the NT in it's original language.

Thank you for adding me and for your comment! I completely understand how you feel-I did the same thing regarding trying to justify the increase in pants sizes. We can do this!!!
