Well, the summer snacking and vacationing caught up to me slightly. I still work out heavily, but my strict attention to my food got away from me a little. I have made up my mind to mend my improper eating habits for good!!

I have made it my personal goal to stay within portion sizes and really try to pay attention to how full I feel. I have been using measuring cups and paying attention to labels and, though I slip up and eat that second helping every once in awhile, it seems to be working alright for me.

I also have a goal to trim my abs a little more. It's where I tend to carry anything I gain and I am determined to have a teeny waist for my wedding next summer!!!

My Goals:
To watch portion sizes and pay attention to how full I feel.

To focus on trimming down my mid-section.

My Program:
At least 30 minutes of cardio Mon-Fri. Mon, Wed, and Fri I do weight workouts targeting my full body, using different exercises for different muscle groups each day.

I am trying trying trying to keep my calories lower than 1800 a day.

Personal Information:
I am from VA and moved to the NC coast when I was 25 to live with my man by the beach. I really love it here, but get homesick for VA sometimes. I could never ever move away from the beach again...I would feel way too landlocked!

Other Information:
I enjoy reading, jogging, anything involving the sand and water, family, friends, my fiance, wine, beer, vodka tonics, music and many many other things.

    Thanks so much for your comment on my blog! I have a very clean diet -- I haven't eaten any processed food in years! I am still pretty confused when it comes to how much I should be eating, but I know the knowledge will come with time! I wish I had a sister who was a personal trainer --- you look amazing! Keep up the great work!
