HEY, I WAS BROWSING DIFFERENT PAGES AND CAME ACROSS YOUR PAGE!! Hi there Amaretto!

I'm Alexa and I'm looking for a sparkbuddy.

I have over 100 pounds to lose but I want to lose weight in steps. Step 1 is 6 months.

My goal is 75 pounds in 6 months. It's not much because the first pounds are mostly water, yet it's important because it will allow me to make more sport and lose the rest of my overweight.

How much is your goal in 6 months?

Would you like to join me as sparkbuddy in a small private team of two? We could oblige and encourage each other to weight weekly and report if we kept the diet and the sport.

You don't have to quit your other teams but you'll see that a private team is more efficient.

I am right there with you... I sit here and let life pass me by because I am too embarassed to go out with my friends and family. Now is our time, we are young and shouldn't be missing out on life:) I know we can do this!
