It's been a while since I've been on here, but I need help! Time for a new beginning!

So here I am again, ready to make some changes in my life!

My job makes it difficult to have a consistent plan, as I work "up north" for a week at a time, then am off for a week at a time. Not that I have any excuses, mind you; there is a full gym, daily fitness classes, a personal trainer and an exciting healthy menu at work. BUT, there's also tiring 12 hour work days and TONS of ...
It's been a while since I've been on here, but I need help! Time for a new beginning!

So here I am again, ready to make some changes in my life!

My job makes it difficult to have a consistent plan, as I work "up north" for a week at a time, then am off for a week at a time. Not that I have any excuses, mind you; there is a full gym, daily fitness classes, a personal trainer and an exciting healthy menu at work. BUT, there's also tiring 12 hour work days and TONS of delicious baking!

In addition to my strange schedule, I underwent knee surgery last April. It's been a long struggle since, and may even need another one, but I have started to find activities that I can do with minimal pain!

I also got divorced since the last time I was on here, but those were an easy 180 lbs to lose! ;) The divorce, however, was very difficult and extremely stressful.

I addition to the new job, the knee surgery and the newly single status, I also made a move back to where I grew up, back to my family! So, though most of the changes were for the better, sadly, managing my weight has been difficult.

But, I'm in it for the long haul, and there's only one person who can change how I feel! ME!! So here I am, ready for change!

Happy Thanksgiving... sorry to be a day late! We enjoyed your recipe for Almond Chicken with Rice tonight for supper and just wanted to say thank you for sharing such a YUMMY recipe! It was WONDERFUL!

I think you go to http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/weight_
edit.asp and look just under the "Set your weight goal" and make sure that both your current weight and target weights are in pounds, and make sure your starting weight and goal weight at the bottom are accurate. Then go to http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/weigh-i
n.asp and fill in the right weight. At least I think that's how you do it :-)

I checked the Neo Citran website but they don't have any nutrition information listed.

I wouldn't worry about the calories unless you're consuming mega doses of the stuff (in which case you should be more concerned about acetaminophen overdose. lol)

Do you normally get the sniffles when a chinook rolls through?
