This time, it's for real!

I've tried dieting before and it works for awhile then I give up. This time is different. I am ready for a lifestyle change. I need to set a good example for my two beautiful girls, and I need to be healthy and energetic for them!

My Goals:
My goals have been to lose 80 pounds, run a 5k, and become a good role model for my 2 little girls.

My Program:
Workout 5 times a week alternating strength training and classes with cardio. I have also tracked my food, and learned what to eat and what to try to avoid. I don't limit myself though, so if i feel like a Blizzard, I eat one, just a smaller size than before, and I make sure to track it to adjust for it the rest of the day.

"Above all else, do NOT quit! The universe always bows to persistence.
The empowering approach is to see your physical challenges as assets, because overcoming obstacles forces you to develop discipline, determination and character.
These traits will carry over to other areas of your life and make you a stronger person.
-Tom Venuto
