    Hi There...I just read your bio on some page/list that popped up as I am trying to find my way around here. Just wanted to say thank you for your service. I am glad to read you have recently went to VA for check up. They seem to be much more helpful these days and I wish you luck. You are so right about tackling things NOW while you are boarderline on health issues. I know you have it inside you to make the changes and regain control. Stress can rob us of so many things.     Hello and welcome to SP! You will find a lot of things here that can help like the food and exercise trackers: its quite eye opening to see how many calories you are taking in and its very motivating to see how many calories you can burn...all in all it helps keep you on track. I would also suggest you set up your spark page and try to blog each day as it keeps aware of what is going on, can show you what may be a trigger, and lets you vent if you need and by adding some spark friends, gives them a chance to offer advice and support. We are all on the same journey and its nice to have someone here for you to give you a hand. Hope to be able to do this for you and maybe you can do the same for me too. Good luck!
