2nd 5% Challenge Starts May 11th!!!
At the beginning of the year I signed up for the January Jumpstart Challenge and then only did 1 day. I didn't have any motivation and didn't know where to find it either. February came and I got an invite to join The 5% Challenge. I accepted and then wondered if I would actually do it. At the beginning of the year I signed up for the January Jumpstart Challenge and then only did 1 day. I didn't have any motivation and didn't know where to find it either. February came and I got an invite to join The 5% Challenge. I accepted and then wondered if I would actually do it. First week of the Challenge I was good exercising most days and tracking my food, but the second week I lost that motivation again. I posted a few blogs and messages to the team and from the response I got back from my team I got back on track. From the 3rd week on I was an active member of the team and even ended the challenge as an EL! What I have gained from this Challenge is beyond explanation. All I can say is THANK YOU to whoever it was that sent me that invite because it changed the course of my journey for the better. I didn't lose my 5% but I did lose 6 lbs and have even managed to keep most of it off during this short intermission before the next Challenge starts. If you get an invite and are looking for a way to get motivated then this is the Challenge that you should accept!!!!!

Get down to under 140 and stay there. To lose weight and be actively healthy. Get pregnant and maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout my pregnancy. Be a health mother.
My Program:
10,000 Steps a Day 10 Week Workout Plan with build up to running for 20 minutes 30 minutes of Cardio Daily Hiking on Sunday's Other outdoor activities as possible. Eat as healthy as I can/ Clean when possible
Personal Information:
Married for a little over a year. 3+ years TTC Have an office job so I sit for most of the day but I'm doing what I can to increase my movements throughout the day with the help of my Fitbit One.
Other Information:
I like to read, dance, listen to music, and go to the movies. I am crazy in love with my DH.
