Just Me...Trying to be a healthier me..

Hi, I am a married SAHM to 3 kids. I have recently gained some weight due to some medication changes and I am trying to get things in check before it is out of control. I tend to be a binge eater so this is definitely a lifestyle change. Looking forward to being part of Spark and finding a good support system :)
