alright, i'm gonna re-write this, yet again.
i've always been the fat girl. never fatter than my pregnancy weight of 213. at a towering 5' tall, i was as big as a house. after i had my son, i managed to finally shed the fat girl label, even though i still give it to myself. i managed to structure my diet very well, and in doing so got down to 115lbs last summer.
my body decided this was clearly not a natural weight, and i put 10lbs on, bringing me to 125. anything less than this is really not realistic for me, and maintaining a weight below that is EXTREMELY hard for me.
i got married July 19th, 2008. we did a beach wedding in florida, and a reception in september. between these things, and just a general disregard for my health and diet (and an ever growing addiction to indian food) , i've ballooned back up to 137lbs. unacceptable.
i used to be on spark daily, and with my bff's recent arrival here, i'm going to stop being a slacker.
i've started working out again. currently i will be doing 30 min of step aerobics a minimum of 3x per week, and strength training with my husband on tuesdays at the gym. every other weekend i will be able to get in another strength training session as well. my schedule is hard, between work, doing shared parenting with my sons father, and my husbands schedule, *I* dont have a lot of time to actually GO ot the gym.
i'm looking forward to being close to that size 4 that i was over the summer, even if i dont reach a 4, i want my 6's to be loose again!
