SUMMER 2013 GOALS: On 5/30/13 I slipped back into my pre-pregnancy jeans, which was a very important goal of mine. But it's not over yet! My goals for the summer are to to lose a little more fat -- probably another 10-15 pounds (?) for a target of about 140. My goals for the summer are to to lose a little more fat -- probably another 10-15 pounds (?) for a target of about 140. Or at least to get back to my measurements from before: Waist = 28.5 / Hip = 38 SHORT-TERM GOALS: - I am studying for my ACE Group Fitness Instructor test which I absolutely HAVE to take this year. - Start serious weight training. MEDIUM-TERM GOALS: - When I was a ballet dancer, My average weight was 105-115 and of course I thought I was fat. I'm not sure if it's do-able or feasible at my age now, but I'm looking at 125-115 as possibly being a new target weight, once I get to 140. If I got down to ballet weight again, I wouldn't mind doing another Nutcracker. Maybe. MY HISTORY: Back in 2007 I lost 25 pounds on Spark, and I kept it off until I got pregnant, had my adorable son, and just sat around on the coach eating and playing with him. Pre-baby measurements: June 6, 2007: Waist = 34.5 / Hip = 41 Jan. 7 , 2009: Waist = 28.5 / Hip = 38 PRESENTS TO MYSELF: at 155 - Joined SparkCoach! And "new" old jeans :) (DONE 5/31) at 150 - New running/workout shoes at 145 - WDNY video of choice (Pinup pack?) at 140 - Get bellybutton repierced at 135 - New Danse Orientale manual at 130 - New dance pants or workout clothes at 125 - Suhaila purple or teal pants at 120 - New expensive costume! at 115 - Nike Fuelband (or similar) (maybe at 110?)

My day job is as a writer, but my night job and my life is as an Oriental dancer. I love knitting and of course dancing. I'm now focusing on being a mostly-stay-at-home-Mom and trying to finish all the projects I once started.
