I Know I Can.....
I am absolutley horrible at self motivating and keeping myself accountable! I love that I can try to improve these things with others who have things in common with me. I can't wait to change these bad habits!!

My Program:
Right now I am watching what I eat and cutting out all of the unhealthy snacking...portion control too! I am using the Nutrition tracker and love it. I am also going to start using the Slim in 6 workout videos as well as going to the gym. My goal is to workout in some form 5 times a week.
