2015 GOALS:

- Pass the ACE Group Fitness Instructor test in October
- Practice teaching SharQui
- Running: increase endurance for the Half-Marathon
- Would like to get to 125.
- My supposed ideal waist measurement is 25.3.

Back in 2007 I lost about 25 pounds on Spark, and I kept it off until I got pregnant, had my adorable son, and just sat around on the coach eating and playing with him. Now I play with losing 15 ...

Back in 2007 I lost about 25 pounds on Spark, and I kept it off until I got pregnant, had my adorable son, and just sat around on the coach eating and playing with him. Now I play with losing 15 pounds here and there and then gaining it back. I really want to KEEP IT OFF PERMANENTLY now.

June 6, 2007:
Waist = 34.5 / Hip = 41

Jan. 7 , 2009:
Waist = 28.5 / Hip = 38

My day job is writing, but my evening job is Oriental dance. I'm lucky enough to teach it, dance it, and still study it with fabulous instructors world-wide.

I used to dance with them, but gave it up due to lack of time and talent. So I told them to be prepared for a photo op when I ran by them during the marathon. It was a nice break for me, and a great photo too.
