So much weight so little time!

HI I'm a 23 year old SAHM of 3 beautiful boys. Alexander is 3 1/2, Malachi just turned 2 and little David who is 4 months. I also have a husband and we've been married for almost 4 years. He is my one and only love. I've been trying to loose weight for years and I just seem to keep gaining it. So hopefully with this program I'll be able to shed those pounds!

If there is anyone in my area who would like a walking partner or a partner for the gym let me know. I'm the kind of person ...

Thanks for the Spark Mail....I am not walking in the mornings right now because of the weather and school but I plan to resume as soon as it is warm enough again.

I just saw that you are new to South Ogden....I live in South Ogden and walk several mornings a week around the neighborhood with some of my friends and neighbors....what area are you in?

hey, you WILL enjoy your 5k race. seriously.

you should look at the Couch to 5k program (C25k) if you're not already doing something. following a program like C25k helps you challenge yourself each week with just a LITTLE bit more. there's even a C25k group on SP.

one of the best things about a 5k, is that you enter in to a new community. you find out that there are so many people out there of all kinds of abilities that are running. you'll find out that 5k is nothing to be scared of and that racing isn't either.

one of the best things about running a race is that you have a goal to reach for while you're training.

good luck with all that you're doing.
