I do like and hate the 30 Day Shred. I like that I get sore from the simple workouts but I am not exactly a fan of JM. I didn't do today.. I am kinda bored with the same exact workout and it is only day FOUR! Eek!

By the way, I am not sure if you know this but when you response you have to go to the other person's page or they don't get a notification or anything. In other words, they'd be clueless that there is a conversation is going on. emoticon

Thank you so much I have a ton of videos of my won I used to do...just not motivated anymore and when I get the feeling it last for one day and i come up with excuses...Thanks a ton and i am going to start my journey moday emoticon

Put you heart and energy into it and you can accomplish your Goal!!.. Check out my fitness section on my page and maybe you can get some ideas on videos to work out to at home ;) I burn tons of calories a day. I just have to remember to eat as much lol well heres a tip... all the full cardio videos I do are on Youtube. free. so check em out sometime. and good luck!!

Thanks for your comments...this page actually does work! ha ha I'm looking for just about anything I need to get my butt moving!

Yeah and crazymango I kinda thought you worked out at school...I have that jillian micheals tape too, I love her she is my inspiration. I also like turbo jam, have you every tried that. See I like these workouts and love to workout I just don't do it!
