This is me.

My Goals:
To live life to it's fullest potential.

To be the best wife I can possibly be to the most wonderful man on the face of the earth!

My Program:
I don't necessarily have any goals that I want to 'meet', I just want to maintain and improve the level of the fitness ability I have now.

I've completed Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred almost twice and love the results. 20 minutes for 30 days? Who can beat that?! 20 minutes ... that's 20 minutes that would most likely be spent elsewhere, like on the couch! I love the way that I feel after my daily does of Jillian.

Personal Information:
I was married on September 6, 2008 to one of the most wonderful people I've ever met in my entire life. He is my best friend and my soul mate. Someday we will expand our family, but for now we're still getting used to the idea of being married and learning great things about eachother.

We are proud parents of a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Kobi who currently is our 'baby'. He's 91 pounds and the second love of my life! He keeps me active and pushes me to run him even when I'm not really in the mood!

Other Information:
I love working out and the feeling you get afterwards. I've played softball since I was in 3rd grade and continue to love and play it to this day!

I also love to sleep! :)

those are great pictures you just added. i'd love for my abs to look like that one day! I'm doing p90x, but i just got 30-day shred, so i need to pop it in and take a gander... maybe i'll add in a workout here or there before i do it 'for real'.... or, maybe 30 days before i go to the DR, i will start it... hmm...

I am not looknig forward to the snow at all. I don't mind snow in Nov or Dec but once Jan hits I am ready for it to be over!! Especially now with it being Feb I am totally bummed! Hope you had a nice weekend :O)
