I can do this!

I'm many things: A wife, mother to 6, I like to believe a good person lol and overweight happens to be one too, but that WILL change!!

For the past couple years I've started and stopped dieting. In October 2013, I was over 230 lbs, and for a short person...that's not good. I didn't realize how bad it had gotten until I seen a picture one of my kids took at a park one day. While I was looking through pictures I stopped at that one, and I realized I HAD to change.

I didn't realize how bad it had gotten until I seen a picture one of my kids took at a park one day. While I was looking through pictures I stopped at that one, and I realized I HAD to change.

I started watching what I ate and walking. I would walk a mile and be thrilled!! I started adding in exercises from SparkPeople and my walking increased. I made it down to 185 lbs. It wasn't skinny, but it was A LOT better.

I'm not sure what happened, but I gradually quit. My problem is that not only did I quit, I starting leaping in the opposite direction.

That's where I am at now.

I'm restarting with a bunch of added weight. I use FitBit and make sure to get 10,000 steps a day, but usually try for more. I stay in my calorie range, usually to the lower end. I know how to do this, I just have to put the plan into action!
