My Program:
 I am working with a personal trainer . he has me on a strict Stength Training routine, to help build my metabolism, and tone my body. losing weight this way is apparently best because i'll only be losing body fat, and not muscle mass. i work out 4 times a wekk for 2 hrs 30 mins.
i am also making healthier eating choices to complement a healthier lifestyle.
