One Day at a Time

Hi, I'm Amanda. I have struggled with my weight for several years now, but I'm ready for permanent change. I'm hoping becoming involved in this community will help me stay the course. I have some goals in mind for weight, but I do believe in health at every size, because I am in the "obese" range of the BMI scale, but my blood pressure, cholesterol, etc, are all at healthy levels. I still want to keep my curves! My main goal is to become a more active person.

*make time for enjoyable exercise activities every day.

Personal Information:
I just started a business this year, performing home inspections. It is slow going thus far, so my day-to-day looks alot like most stay-at-home mommies. I have a daughter who is in pre-k, and my boy was born in Oct. 2011.

Other Information:
I am totally addicted to Law & Order, including SVU and Criminal Intent.
