JUST TRYING TO LIVE HEALTHIER

Hello everyone, I am a 27 year old wife & mother of 3. I have been on this site for some time now but haven't been around for a few months. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist & just became Certified in Equine Massage which I am very excited about. I got off track for a bit but now that the kids are back in school I am trying to get back on top of things

Ok I gained 10 lbs over the past few months |& am really trying to get back on track for real this time. I'm walking my dogs daily & working doing turbo jam & turbo sculpt & I throw in tae bo or bootcamp too. And soon I'll be throwing in 30 day shred to mix things up. I need help with eating properly thats the hard part for me but I'm trying my best

Eat healthier foods

Be a good influence on my kids

My Program:
Drink lots of water (not a problem, I don't drink much else)

Eat more fruits & veggies

Tae bo or bootcamp or Turbo Jam atleast 5 days a week

Weights 3 days a week

Anything else is extra bonus
