Hi Amanda! It sounds like you are one busy woman. It's ok to make this time for yourself though, to be healthy & happy for your family. Keep at it!
There is so much information on the website it is just unbelievable. I have spent more time this week browsing than exercising. It just takes a little time to figure out all the resources available. I really love the Nutrition Tracker. I did not realize how many calories I was actually consuming. I just today figured out how to track my sodium and fiber in addition to the calories, etc. I feel like I am making progress, checking off things on my goal page & sparkpoint page.
Just shout out if you need help - so many people here will be glad to lend a hand.
